This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we collect, use, manage and protect your personal data in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and applies to all users who access our Website.

For example, the website uses a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.
You are responsible for keeping your login information and passwords confidential. Khind Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd uses certain security tools for its Website. Please be aware that these protection tools do not protect information that is not collected through our Website, such as information provided to us by e-mail.
